📍 Find Me at Amherst Farmers Market!

I’ll be sharpening at the Amherst Farmers Market at Bang’s Community Center in Amherst, MA on Saturday February 22nd from 10 AM – 2 PM. If your knives, scissors, or garden tools need a refresh, bring them by, and I’ll get them back to peak performance.

📢 Knife Sharpening & Care Talk at Pelham Library

I’m thrilled to be giving a free talk on knife sharpening and knife care at Pelham Library in Pelham, MA, on February 15th from 11 AM – 1 PM. Whether you’re a home cook, a professional chef, or just curious about how to keep your blades in top shape, come by and learn some valuable tips. I’ll cover everything from sharpening techniques to proper knife maintenance, plus answer any questions you have! FYI, You must RSVP to attend and attendance is capped/limited.
